Christopher Charles Wood, an American actor, was born on April 14, 1988. He first appeared on The CW’s The Carrie Diaries in 2013 as writer Adam Weaver.
He is most recognized for his role as Kai Parker in the sixth season of The Vampire Diaries in 2014. As Atlanta police officer Jake Riley, he also played the lead in the 2016 CW television series Containment.
On the CW superhero series Supergirl from 2016 to 2018, he portrayed Mon-El. In Masters of the Universe: Revelation in 2021, Wood provided the voice of He-Man.

In 2012, he also played Joe Hardy in the Damn Yankees performance by the Paper Mill Playhouse, which eventually appeared at the 5th Avenue Theatre.
At the beginning of 2013, he made his acting debut in the made-for-TV film Browsers. The Carrie Diaries’ creators said in August 2013 that Wood will appear in the second season of the program, which The CW cancelled in May 2014.
