Christopher Charles Wood, an American actor, was born on April 14, 1988. He first appeared on The CW’s The Carrie Diaries in 2013 as writer Adam Weaver.

He is most recognized for his role as Kai Parker in the sixth season of The Vampire Diaries in 2014. As Atlanta police officer Jake Riley, he also played the lead in the 2016 CW television series Containment.

On the CW superhero series Supergirl from 2016 to 2018, he portrayed Mon-El. In Masters of the Universe: Revelation in 2021, Wood provided the voice of He-Man.
