Jeanine Ferris Pirro is a former New York State judge, prosecutor, and politician, as well as a television broadcaster and author. Pirro hosted Fox News Channel’s Justice with Judge Jeanine until 2022 when she joined The Five as a co-host.

Pirro was named as a defendant in a defamation lawsuit filed by Smartmatic in February 2021 in relation to false claims of election fraud in the 2020 United States presidential election, but the claims were dismissed by a judge in March 2022.
